Return & Exchange Process

We will provide you with a return authorization form. Please include this form with your returned items.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Please ensure the items are in pristine condition, as we cannot accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, maintaining our commitment to a sophisticated shopping experience.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the sophistication and quality our customers expect, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • PERFUMES – For health and safety reasons, all fragrance products are final sale
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Sale or clearance items
